Once verified, then proceed to the website to book your appointment with one of our brokers.
If you book your appointment now without your tax credit complete and the day of your appointment your tax credit is still not settled we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and charge a $25 missed appointment fee.
A+ Smart Health Insurance Agency does not work for the Department of Health and Human Services or act as a go-between for PEAK and the client in regards to financial/familial or other concerns in regards to tax credits, Medicaid applications, CHP+ or any other public services. We DO continue to work with Connect for Health Colorado.
