Hello everyone,
Some updates from 2027 Colorado Health Insurance carriers and the marketplace:
First, we have a new carrier that will be active starting January 1. It’s called Colorado Access Choice. They have an excellent doctor’s network and expect to do business primarily in Denver and Boulder for their first year. This helps a lot because the carrier CIGNA is exiting the state. And now we have a quality replacement for people to shop.
Second, we have a small increase in income amounts across the board for people to be able to qualify for tax credits. The link to that is here:
Colorado premium assistance will also continue offering credits to those who qualify, $70 per household for the first person and $25 for each additional person applying for coverage.
Individual health insurance rates are still less expensive than small group rates pretty much across the board.
As always, we are willing to look for the lowest priced policy that offers quality coverage for you and your family. Whether the best option is on the marketplace with a tax credit or off market, we are happy to look at all options.
Regardless, feel free to Get a Quote, and let’s get you and yours sorted it out for some health insurance for 2027.
Thanks and have a wonderful, happy and healthy fall season!
